If you note any damage, claim forms from the shipping company need to be filled out and the defective items will be taken back by the shipping firm. Upon arrival at the shipper and inspection, a new item will be sent.                                                                                 Signing or accepting any products without immediate inspection could jeopardize a future damage claim.

Wood colors vary naturally and shades appearing differently in nature to what is pictured online may occur. Types of wood and styles of items may vary as well depending on availability of raw materials and are therefore not qualifying as reasons for refunds or returns. Returns of any undamaged items or due to buyers remorse or other changes of decision, are not accepted.

Warranty:
Art's Nautical Wood Works and it's suppliers grant an unconditional one year warranty on any defects in faulty  materials or workmanship. Damage caused by usage such as wear and tear is not included in warranty.

Shipping Times:
Shipping times vary by type of product, UPS or common carrier and destination (zone). All orders are shipped out within 2-4 weeks after receipt of order, except items that are on back order . In general, the larger items are built to order while smaller items are kept in stock. Back-ordered items are usually shipped within 4-to 6 weeks from the order date.
